How to unsubscribe to TechSpot?

I joined today but if I want to unsubscribe, how can I do that since I don't see it in the Help section.

Thank you!

There is no option to delete your account if that's what you are asking for. We mass delete inactive accounts after a while and there is no reason for you to receive emails from us if you are not active, so don't worry.

How long do you have to be "inactive" before being deleted?
