I go to play Counter Strike and Ill I freakin' see is this? Can someone tell me whats wrong?

a similar problem has happened to me before, once it was the graphic card overheating (had to be replaced) and another time it was a driver issue. I would update your graphic card drivers and see if the problem still happens, and post back

Need some more info from you

When was the last time you played the game.

What graphics card are you running.

That is some major artifacting and that can be caused by a variety of things.
