BSOD Problem in My computer.

Hello ? 2 monthes ago, I got 4 of BSOD.
That time, I was work on the shool assigments but I ignored it because I have no time to look at the problem. Today, I got 5th BSOD when I connect the internet. I am using NetZero, Dial Up Modem.

I attached my "Minidump" from "C:\WINDOWS\Minidump"

below is minidump file:

I have two problems:
1 - Melware problem: posted in Security and the Web
2 - BSOD which is this Message.

The crash is probably caused by the phooks.sys file, which is related to Panda Anti Virus.
I'd suggest first taking care of the malware, although most likely, replacing Panda with another AV will solve the problem.

System specs
One very complete and free online scan is from "Kaspersky" internet security and antivirus company. Go the their website (www.Kaspersky.com) & run the online scan. You have to be using your Internet Explorer browser as Mozilla won't work with it. Many times a BSOD will be caused by a component in your system that has a problem. If the screen goes blue exactly when you connect to the internet, your dial up modem could be crapping out. Be advised that these are just well intentioned suggestions. BSOD's are hard to nail down in a forum. Good Luck.
