Physical memory dump in xp

hey guys my misses plays wow but when she uses skype it does a memory dump but also does it when she just just on wow or at random times any ideas why i put down to not enough memory for her machine as she at 1024mb can this be so or can it be something else

Go to C:\windows\minidumps\minidumps.dmp

attach the last few here
