Hi KingdomHeart, fancy meeting you here !

Anyway, no, it's better to go to ATI web page and install the newest driver
Can you please try that and reply back

Actually ideally fully remove your installed ATI driver first.
You may find that in your Add/Remove programs
(But download the new one first)

Also, you can add all your system specs by using this tool and then adding to here.

well, it still does not fit the problems. I download the drivers from IBM website because ATI website does not have ATI Mobility Radeon 7500.
Can a software create this kind of crash? like software conflicting or could it be problem about the graphics card itself?

Here is the Minidump

I found it here for Xp
http://ati.amd.com/support/drivers/x...rer300-xp.html

From the DMP file:

Unable to load image ati2cqag.dll, Win32 error 0n2
*** WARNING: Unable to verify timestamp for ati2cqag.dll
*** ERROR: Module load completed but symbols could not be loaded for ati2cqag.dll
ATI Rev3 buffer
Bucket = ATI_OC_CP_2D_2B_3D_SE_RE_TA_TD_PB_TM_GA_C2
Probably caused by : ati2cqag.dll ( ati2cqag+102a9 )

Older post with same fault
http://www.techspot.com/vb/topic38585.html

Yes it could be the actual card
Or even a memory fault (according to older post)

I found a new version of ati2cqag.dll here: http://www.driverskit.net/dll/link/163.html
You could search for where yours lives and replace with this one
