Cisco Networking Academy - CCNA

Do employers see this program as an actual certification, or is the actual certification exam required? Is the Netcad worth doing? Thanks for any opinions.

Certs are 'nice to have' but without hands-on experience, you're still just one in the crowd.

Oh... I agree.

My understanding is the Netcad and Certification are two different things. Can any CCNA's confirm this?
