Unable to open the add or remove window
hi,
I have windows xp and am not able to access my add or remove programs window. When i open the window it says "populating .....the installed software" and then shuts down. there is no error message either. does anyone know how to fix this problem. I cannot remove programs i dont want because i cannot access that option since the window closes down on me. |

Not sure why it won't populate the list but there are plenty of other programs that will remove software from your machine until you get this sorted.
