Cpu cooler cause i will try to overclock. I also need a SSD.

And try to find a Thermalright True Spirit 120/140.

That should total you about $1000 CAD and leave you enough for a case, optical drive, OS, and storage.
Oh I messed up a little. It's fixed now; I thought about suggesting 3x6870s. I don't know what postgresql databases are, but the 2600k/2500k is your choice.

I would recommend an 850W PSU just in case you ever want to add another graphics card in the future.

If you're just going to be gaming the 2500K is the same as the 2600K, and hyperthreading actually decreases performance in BF3 as it sometimes makes the game stutter.
