122 processes running, new computer. HIjackthis file

Hi guys this is a newer computer Ive had or a couple months I just noticed on task manager I have 122 processes running. THis sounds awfully high can someone please look at my hijack this file Thank you very much

Do you have any computer knowledge such as:

1. You should have only the necessary processes starting on boot:
Antivirus
Firewall
Touchpad if on laptop
Network process if on Pure Network/Cisco

2. Only some Services need to be set to Manual Startup. Most others can be set to Manual to start when needed

3. Processes seen in the Task Manager are for what is running on the system. Just to ut it into perspective, I have 32 processes running. I also only have 5 processes check in Startup.

4. The icons you see in the Notification area reepresent running processes and/or programs.

Looking at your logs, it appears that everything on the machine is running! You may find someone who has the time to work with you, but if you have a knowledgeable friend, you would do better to let them help you remove processes from Startup, Reset Services and suggest many processes you're running that you don't need.
