128mb or 256mb?

    Hi im getting a Radeon 9600 but, I was wondering if 128mb and 256mb are the same speed just different memory?

    not enough info provided. Generally, more memory in graphics cards is better than a small difference in Hertz, but there are other factors such as bus throughput, pipelines, etc.... an 8 pipeline card will run faster generally than a 6, and definitely more than a 4. For a true comparison, go to tomshardware.com and look at their graphics cards rating charts.
