Your first error is 0x000000C2: BAD_POOL_CALLER

A kernel-mode process or driver incorrectly attempted to perform memory operations. Typically, a faulty driver or buggy software causes this.

Your second error is 0x0000001A: MEMORY_MANAGEMENT

This memory management error is usually hardware related. If this occurs while installing Windows, also check the Windows system requirements including the amount of RAM and disk space required to load the operating system.

In both reads they cited UNKOWN MODULE (ANALYSIS INCONCLUSIVE) and went on to suggest that the module list is corrupt. This is too broad as well as general to be of much help. So do the following diagnostic steps...

    1. Give us your system specs, i.e. amount of RAM, size and make of harddrive, etc., as well as security software.

    2. Scan for infections.

    3. Run ChkDsk.

    4. If this is a Dell, HP, etc., go to their website and update the latest drivers, etc. for your system.
