Installed in my Dimension 2400 last night. The install was very straight forward and luckily required zero case modifications as the Dell case was wide open behind the PSU.

This is a very high quality unit...looks good, feels good. The wires are all sleeved which makes the install very clean. There's more than enough connections for everything including your PCIe cards. There's enough extra length you can bundle the cables you're not using...I tucked mine away in a spare 5.25" slot.

The best part is this thing, despite having two fans, is ultra quiet--I literally cannot hear the fans at all. My CPU fan is far, far louder.

Anyway, just wanted to share my impressions of the PSU, reasonable price too and Newegg is running a rebate on them now too...

Havent you tried Enermax NoiseTaker 420W? A solid PSU with dual fan with all things in it. Especially Auto and manual fan control :) I got it for 90$ in CDN
