I'm goign to have to agree with him. I knew I didn't deserve the 2.2ghz machine or for that matter any of the prizes. The 20 that were chosen from were good members - Julio wouldn't have picked you to be in that final 20 if you were not - but you can't complain if you were in that top 20 and didn't win. Just like you can't complain if you entered a drawing and lost - the odds were the same for everyone and you just simply weren't picked - nothing against you - you just dind't happen to be lucky enough to be picked.

I'd just like to note that there is a difference between complaining and stating that you were a bit sad/disappointed that you didn't win... (though if you keep on talking about it...)

nobody like to loose! but for some odd reason everybody cannot win(unless they give a multitude of prizes away..hinit.hint..) i know first hand haow dissapointing it is not to win as i have been trying for the last 4 months to win a graphics card for a new system i am currently building. there were 37 people trying to win 2 cards and i was posting relevent posts and comments helping people with suggestions and had more posts than any of the others (actually 3 times the next closest poster) and i won nothing. i spent weeks on that forum only to have my bubble burst when the winners were drawn. actually thought i had it in the bag. anywho i got over it and i am still trying to win a graphics card as we speak.

There are quite a few of us who knows that feeling... Like the first contest I was here when Unc won (With Bobes and me just after him)...
He really deserved it, but ouch did that hurt for a while...
But I dusted myself, and got over it...

I had to look up 3DS competition on google or something to understand that he meant that I had won 1st prize....
jesus... get over it... its only a motherboard and chip.... make friends on the forums and share your knowledge... that is worth FAR more....

Just as an FYI, the GeForce 4 MX 440 winner still hasn't received the card, seemingly An Post (Irish postal service) have lost it, or someone else has (No order tracking or insurance was got when sent, arrgh).
Anyway if it's not arrived by this Friday I'll be sending out a Creative GeForce 3 Ti 200 instead, which I hope should make up somewhat for the loss of the original prize.

Finally, I'm using P4 Northwood right now. Something strange happened, though. I was supposed to get Abit SD7 but instead I got BD7. No big deal though, I'm happy with this
