I'm buying an lcd tv within the next few days.

What kind of difference in viewing pleasure will I notice between the 60 and 120hz lcd tvs.

I already have hd setup through my provider. Just need a little help with this. Any help is appreciated.

There are some pretty neat things about 120hz displays. First, you don't have to worry about 3:2 pulldown since all you have to do is display each unique frame 5 times (24*5=120). This gives your video a certain smoothness (you probably won't see it from your cable box) that is hard to explain in words - you just have to see it. You'll need a good source though, bluray or hd-dvd.

Some people complain about the look of such sources on a 120hz display because it makes everything look like it was filmed with a camcorder. It's very noticable to me, but a few people I've had look can't tell the difference at all. I suggest you go to a store and see how you feel about it first hand - and make sure they hook up a decent source when you do this testing.
