64 bit OS vs 32 bit Max RAM?

  1. What is the ram maximum with a 32 bit Vista 0s as opposed to a 64 bit Vista?

    anywhere from 2.5 gig to 3.5 gigs of ram for 32-bit but for 64-bit you can go as high as 128 gigs of ram

    Is that really the only benefit for 64 bit O.S.?

    for now yes but in the next couple of years or maybe even sooner 64-bit will have more support than 32-bit windows because 64-bit windows will become mainstream
