A few Promblems folder opens on startup and saving pictures

Do I need to list anything else

Now my problems

1. When Logging on to My Computer the System 32 Folder Opens Up Every Time.

2. When Try to save a picture from the internet to my computer I right click and click save picture as but nothing happens. I even try clicking the little disk that pops up but nothing happens.

There`s a page HERE devoted to the system32 issue.Basically,go into msconfig startup tab
and uncheck everything except anti-virus and firewall.
If that doesn`t work you`ll have to resort to the Microsoft solution HERE

As for the picture issue my guess would be that your IE cache is full.
IE/Tools/Internet Options/General/Delete files and History (and delete offline content.)

You could also download CCleaner to keep your machine tidy.
