Access Denied "file" (Again)

    Hey guys i know you have seen this message a few times and i have to. Just the other day my laptop crashed. i bought one of those usb converter things and i have my old hard drive up and running. The problem is I have a few files under the desktop folder that i can't access. Yes, i tried to right click the file, click security and all that stuff, but it simply wouldn't allow me to do it. I did that security access with a few folders and got it to work, but it wont work with a file. Thanks for any help.
