Hi, hope you can help me,
When i check my account status on my PC it tells me i am the administrator, so why when i want to delete some short cuts from the programs folder in the start menu does my PC tell me i dont have permission and stops me from deletting the shortcuts ?

You can try using the free Malwarebytes program. In the "More Tools" section is something called file assasin. click on run tool locate the file(s) you want to remove and press enter.

And you get an excellent Malware removal tool at the same time :)
