Acer Aspire 5720Z - keyboard blocked

    My friend cannot use her keyboard anymore.
    Would anyone have an idea what to do?
    As an alternative, someone suggested that I get her the electronic keyboard from the tools in her computer, but I cannot find it.
    Can someone tell me the steps to get it in the computer?

    Does she use a PS/2 or USB keyboard.

    Repair shops, Salvation Army shops, White Elephant sell boards and mouse for as low as $2.00 to $4.00

    Be sure it is not the socket... It is rare to very rare that a PS/2 keyboard will fail, bugt common for a USB keyboard to turn belly up.
