Hi All,

I have here a new PC, it's a Acer M3802, for the first hour into a movie or listeining to music it is fine but after an hour or so, the pc slows down, everything becomes all laggy and choppy, also the sound gets distorted.

I did a reformat a month a go and it was fine, if it happens now I have to restart the pc and sometimes wait for the machine to cool down.

If it's under warranty call tech support, before you do download Speedfan to see what your temps are so you can tell the tech. If the computer was out of warranty i would suggest adding a pci fan and mount it right above your video card. I would also update video drivers and make sure the inside of the computer is dust fee. If the computer is sitting on a carpet put it up on something to get it off the carpet for better airflow.
