    in today's' job market these non-compete contracts can ruin a career.
  3. those signing the non-competes are handsomely compensated. If they are not compensated, the non-compete won't hold up in court.
  4. They are seeking damages o.O is it me or is it a bit odd to seek damages for something you haven't lost? Its like saying they are seeking damages for someone stealing their employee xD
