  1. Everytime I try to create a Backup I get the following errors.

Failed to backup File or Folder C:\WINDOWS\system32\drivers\sptd.sys
Failed to backup File or Folder C:\WINDOWS\system32\config\SECURITY
Failed to backup File or Folder C:\WINDOWS\system32\config\software
Failed to backup File or Folder C:\WINDOWS\system32\config\system
Failed to backup File or Folder C:\WINDOWS\system32\config\default
Failed to backup File or Folder C:\WINDOWS\system32\config\SAM

Does anyone have any Ideas about this? I'm completely stumped.

What type of backup are you creating?
Your system may not allow Acronis access to that system directory.

It's just a Current System State backup.

Everything in C:\WINDOWS\system32\config is your registry.
It looks like it's not allowed access.
Are you able to do a system recovery backup? Is it an option with Acronis?

I was taught to use Acronis at my old Work, but this is the first time this has happened.

I believe I'm able to do a System Recovery Backup with Acronis.

It's still not clear from your reply, if the userid you're logged in as when you run Acronis has Admin rights???

I had similar and other problems with Acronis, so I gave up. I use Norton Ghost - way better than Acronis.

Lucky you.I have never had any consistent luck with Norton Ghost, and Acronis works every time for us.
