  1. I recieved a Sata drive from a family member that no longer needs it, The thing is I want to know is there any fall back problems from running Three Sata drives on the one mother board?

I don't want to run three all the time and will late Trade Two of the smaller drivers in for a bigger one, But should there be any problems from adding another sata drive?

As long as your mobo has at least 3 sata connectors then you're fine.
Just make sure 2 of em don't have operating systems on. Or, if they do, at least know how to alter the boot setup for each.
