I bought a laptop at a garage sale with xp loaded on it. I want/need to find a way to log on to this laptop so i can remove/bypass the old users so I can use it. I have tried the following but nothing happens, no admin screen comes up. Can up help?
Ctrl-Alt-Del: While you are at the Windows XP Welcome screen, if you press the Ctrl, Alt and Delete keys (you press them together simultaneously, not one at a time) twice in a row you will invoke the old standard Windows login screen.
