Adobe crashes my browsers

    hello

    everything has been working fine untill today...

    Everytime i try to open a video using the flash player the whole wweb browser crashes...

    In chrome i get the error message that the shockwave player plugin has crashed...

    This happens on firefox, IE and chrome and everything is up to date
