Adoginhispen and IE painfully slow with addons

    I've gone through the 15 steps. I haven't seen IE auto open with adoginhispen on the many boot-ups I did throughout the steps, but my IE will now only run with add-ons disabled. Otherwise it hangs. At one point I disabled everything and it turned out to be the google toolbar. Maybe I just need to reinstall IE?

    Panda found no unknown rootkits.
