i have bought a P6T SE motherboard as i was on a budget, would Corsair XMS3 Triple Channel 3 x 2 GB DDR3-1333 PC3-10666 CL9 PC Memory be ok to use im guessing it will support 1 nivida graphics card

any advice

Since you say "I'm guising it will support 1 nividea graphics card", then I'm guessing you don't know what you're doing and should ask for advice before buying a card.

Your motherboard has 2 PCIe slots so you can use 2 nvidia , and have one card do physx and other as your video card. You can do crossfire with your board as well.
