Kind of have to know what your needs are to offer any advice. Secondly, does your MB have both PCIE and AGP interface?

so what are your needs? and why are you looking for an AGP card with a PCIE slot?
If you are looking for better gaming performance,
    1) what types of games do you play/want to play,
2)what resolution do you want to game at?,
    3) what level of detail do want to use,
    4) what are your PSU specs?
    5)and what is your budget?

I am just looking for a better video card for my monitor and I was told to get an agp card but when I looked at the mother board It said that it was a pci express 16 slot. My budget is no more than $50. Thank you.
