Adware popup problem

I'm having some performance issues and I'm getting these annoying popups whenever I'm connnected to the internet. I'm not even surfing and they keep coming up. Spybot finds problems and fixes them, and it seems to work temporarily, but they come back eventually, AVG can't seem to find the problem either.

I've attached my HijackThis logfile. Can someone help me?

Yup, a bit of problem stuff.
Suggest you download Avir Antivir as your antivirus suite, then uninstall AVG8. AVG8 has slipped, unless you are using the paid version, and nowadays Avir Antivir is superior in every way.
Uninstall Spybot, then if you still want it, download an install Spybot 1.6.0.30 from the home site, but do not install TeaTimer at this time.
Figger out what SureThing is, and remove it at least temporarily.
Install the free versions of MalwareBytes and SuperAntispyware and run each of them.

Tell us what your installed "Veoh Browser" is. If you do not know, remove it for possible reinstall later after the tests.
Consider using Adaware 2008 free edition only, rather than SpyBot, as it is very effective for virulent spyware, and SpyBot really doesn't do much.
