This is my first post so I apologize for any error.
Yesterday I received the Xfinity/Comcast email warning stating one of my computers was infected with a bot. After reading everything I could find, I was frustrated. This morning I decided to try something, and disovered that if I shut off my VPN, within a short time the "am I botted" website would show no sign of bot. I believe that may be what is causing a lot of these false positives.
