After BSoD my hard disk will remain low space

Hello every1,

Each 3-4 month i will get BsoD due to realtek and once it will happen my Drive C space will be low.

2day i had 2gb but now i have 350 mb.

Need an advice,

First have you ran the windows disk cleaning wizard? What make of HD is this? How much total space do you have? What version of Windows do you have?

Yes i've started cleaning wizard
HD : WDC
DRIVE C: 117 GB
OS: WIN XP SP2 version 2002
