AMD FSB help

  1. High Performance GPU clock settings:600 out of 850mhz
    High Performance memory clock settings:1000 out of 1200MHz
    Enable manual fan control (dint tick manual) 20 out of 100 where it shows MHz its showing 50%

    cpu power
    3000MHz out of 3000MHz

    cpu overfrive is disabled
    AMD overdrive is enabled

    Operating System: Windows 7 Ultimate 64-bit
    BIOS: Award Modular BIOS v6.00PG
    Processor: AMD Phenom(tm) II X4 940 Processor (4 CPUs), ~3.0GHz
    Memory: 4096MB RAM

    when I play a certain game the temperature hits to 60-70 degree what I wanna know is if it will be safe to do a FSB overclock and if yes then to what limit would it be also I got no special cooler on it so can tips be given to control temperature as much low as possible thx ^^
