AMD X2 issue...

Hi, i have an AMD 3800+ X2 ( Dual Core ), i have noticed that it rarely works at 100%, for example i was rendering something on Adobe Premiere and it was only working at 50-60%....

don't worry, all dual-core and hyper-threaded processors do that. task manager almost always reports CPU usage on said processors this way.
