Amps on psu

I'm considering buying a new graphics card which requires a 350W power supply with 12V current rating of 20A or more. I looked at my psu and saw that it has 420W with +12v1 at 15A and +12v2 at 18A, does that mean i have a current rating of 33A over 12V? Thanks
