What is the problem that you are facing? That is what will determine where you post a thread. State your problem in the title of the thread, then give a detailed description of the problem, within the body of the thread. Appropriate instructions will then be given, by someone.
If it is a Malware problem go here; http://www.techspot.com/vb/topic109461.html. follow the instructions then post your logs. If infact you are having Malware problems start a new thread here; http://www.techspot.com/vb/menu28.html

Problem is MSIE hangs, gives "stopped responding" message. Outlook sometimes hangs as well with same message. Computer generally slower than before. CCleaner helped some, but still not like it was before. Maybe too many progs! AVG and Windows Defender find no virus. This computer has Microsoft SQL Server lite installed. There are 3 networked computers in this office, all 3 identical. Only 1 has this problem. The other 2 are blazing fast. We're on a T1

Post the log so that I can see what you have running.

The following not only resets all Internet Explorer's settings, but also removes all temp files, all extensions are disabled (toolbars, browser extensions, and Browser Helper Objects), and activeX controls are restored.

How to use Reset Internet Explorer Settings (RIES)

To use RIES in Internet Explorer 7, follow these steps:

    1. Click the Tools menu, and then click Internet Options.
    2. On the Advanced tab, click Reset.
    3. In the Reset Internet Explorer Settings dialog box, click Reset.
    4. When Internet Explorer 7 finishes restoring the default settings, click Close, and then click OK two times.
    5. Close Internet Explorer 7. The changes take effect the next time that you open Internet Explorer 7.

Note for users who cannot start Internet Explorer 7 for some reason, use RIES from Internet Options in Control Panel.

    IE6

If for some reason you are still using IE6
    RIES(IE6)

Tools > Internet Options > Programs tab > Click reset web Settings.

    As suggested by kimsland above

    1. Uninstall Yahoo toolbar and windowslive toolbar( Start > Control Panel >Add/Remove Programs
    2. Update java
    3. Update Adobe reader

Run HJT again and delete the following:
