Ancestry.dll toolbar

The above toolbar (ancestry.dll) has caused my partners laptop to crash, and now after enabling this she is unable to reload Internet Explorer as it constantly crashes.
A Virus check / scan has been run on the full system and it has come up with no viruses occurred.
Any thoughts or way out on this problem - that can enable her to reload Internet Explorer.

Try uninstalling the toolbar and see if the problem goes away.
