Another Sagispul popups case

I, among the others it seems, was being bombarded with popups. After running all of the scanners, the situation seems to be tamed. However I'm not fully sure. I'm also somewhat worried because I recently made credit card transactions over the internet and am wondering if anything bad could happen with that. Here are my logs. Thanks very much in advance.
