Hello

I was wondering which anti-virus is the best

I DON"T care about performance issues

All i need to know is which Anti virus has the best detection rates and how good it can remove a virus successfully.

(I have an awesome comp)

This is very subjective
Everyone has a different view, even Antivirus online reviews differ

Pretty sure generally, most would say
Avira (and this one is free)
Kaspersky (although a resource hog)
Nod32 (an old favorite of many)

Thanks for the reply,
Right now Avira premium is like a cham as I'm using it right now
is kaspersky or Nod32 any better? i know views are different but can i have your opinion?

My opinion (personally) I really need to emphasize this

And, I'm only saying this, because you said you don't care about resource hogging

And, oh there's no more ands!

Kaspersky Internet Security

By the way, I don't normally recommend this to others
I always say, use free Avira Antivirus ;)

I know

But others read these threads, and they say
You said...

And things like that
You could just stay with Avira
But KIS is more respected

I see what you mean. I'll try KIS for a while. ( don't reply anymore about this please )

Sry but one more question

how do i have zonealarm pro and KIS coexist?

Yeah i know you had to reply.

Any difference between Anti virus and internet security besides firewall?

Thanks for your help,

Avira AntiVir Personal - FREE Antivirus

Well similar to above

As I said it's personal choice
But you said:
I DON"T care about performance issues
So therefore why ask ?

You would need to go to the Internet security home sites and check all the benefits for yourself and then decide for yourself
