Any free anti-spyware software?

Hello Friends.
I was wondering if there is any good (free) software that detects and eliminates spyware from your computer?
Or is this feature included in the WindowsXP SP2 now?

Try Spybot Search and Destroy or Lavasoft AdAware, both good products, both free. Both available at the bottom left of this page:

You should D/L and install both programs.
Before you run either, always let them do a web-update first to get the latest definitions.
