    Hi,

I want to ship a hard drive with sensitive data ( Not Porn ) overseas.
    Drive has win -7 ( 64 bit )

Is there a software that would Hide individual Partitions & protect it with a Password ?

    OR Any other ideas ?

Any help would be highly appreciated.

    Thanks

You can't go wrong with TrueCrypt in my opinion.

I'm with hazek747. I have always used truecrypt. I actually have a hidden and encrypted Windows partition on my hard drive. TC can be a little tough to set up, i'll admit, but the walk-through is VERY easy to understand. TC is great for hiding and encrypting files, folders, and partitions. Now obviously you don't have to to hide them if you don't want to, but the option is there.

And there are several youtube videos to help show you how it's done.

    TrueCrypt

Yeh thats what I was thinking right now, first time I used it was littlebit confusing but got the hang of it quickly. Must say, great software! Recommend it! :)

I totally agree with others on here... If its sensitive data it must be on an encrypted partition to be safe really.
