Anyone else get hosed with LP2 and Steam?

I purchased LP2 three days ago from STEAM and have been getting "server to busy to handle your request, and will not download the *****ing game. I also noticed that its not on the "featured game list" any longer. In addition I cannot get a response from these bastards. anyone have any ideas as this company seems to be run by ....well nobody that has a pulse.
