Anyone know how to fix this?

Alright this is shallow but i found this sight because i have a problem. last night i plugged in my computer and it worked fine. this morning went to turn my screen back on and nothing, towers power is fine but nothing else. Fan is on, disk drive opens, power lights turn on. but things like the mouse, the keyboard and the screen have now power or even register being plugged in, and when i turn the tower turns on it beeps three times....I'm really bothered by this so if anyone could fill me in on how to get my computer up and running again it'd be a big help.

It would help to know what your system specs are, particularly the motherboard and BIOS maker. That said, it could be a RAM problem. Try turning on the PC with only one RAM module installed at a time. Make sure it is in the proper slot.
