Anyone unlocked their 6800's 4 pipelines?

I've just read (thanks to techspot) that owners of 12 pipelined nvidia 6800 series can unlock the previously unaccessible 4 pipelines bringing their 6800 up to a bona fide 16 pipeline card - if this is true, it sounds brilliant but are there any owners out there who have had any luck with the softmodding procedure?

I don't have a 6800, but I have a 6200 that I unlocked to a 6600. I think the unlocking is similar. I used rivatuner to unlock the extra 4 pipes. It worked well. If you need specific instructions, here
