" among other things, connecting a phone to a computer, teleconferencing, gesture-based features on a touch screen, power conservation techniques, and "pattern and color abstraction in a graphical user interface." Excuse me??? Connecting a phone to a computer? Ericsson and Nokia did that years before apple even thought of making a phone. Same with teleconferencing & powerconservation .. after all Nokia phones lasted longer then any other manufacturers before color screens started to appear. touch sceens also existed on phones long before Apple was able to save their company from death. Sure you used a pen and it was not multitouvh but stil ltouvh sceen.... Apple must be joking. ...what are their next claim? ... saying they invented the first mp3 player?? and suing AMD, because they bought ati, that bought Diamond Multimedia.(if i remember all the turns correctly) ... climing they own the patent for the colour white?
