    not sure how net gears work... but the "Pass Phrase" and the "pass key" are 2 different things. I think you need the Pass key, and it should be case sensitive.

    The pass key is going to be the MUCH longer one with the "random" letters and numbers.

    if thats what you are using, you may just be typing it wron... its takes a bit of getting used to, to type well on those.
