Are there any tv tuners out there now that are geared for satellite?

I have dish network. That's what I mean for satellite. I know they all work but are there any that have preference to sat? Thanks.

I think once the satellite signal is processed through your decoder box, just patch it to a standard TV card. The tricky part is that you can program channels, you may have to use 1 channel (like a video input) on the computer and use the decoder box to switch channels.
