The items above linked should work fine, but I'm guessing they are a bit to much? The OCZ PSU you listed sounds fine, but I personally wouldn't go with the others.

If your budget is less then you said before you could of course look for other HD 4670's as the one I linked isn't the only one but a nice one imo.

Why don't you get the Corsair CX400 that I linked to above? It would be a better choice than the others. However, if you feel that the Corsair is exceeding your budget, go with the Thermaltake.

do i need to check if the psu will fit my case first? or are they all standard size

In all likelihood the PSU should just fit in fine.

I think you should instead get the 4670 512mb.
While that power supply may work, its not very good.
Might be a better choice, I like it more anyway.

I also wouldn't recommend that PSU, and say the OCZ one is better. You can as Kitty pointed out choose a different 4670 which might save you a bit more but on the Canadian sites I didn't find anything that stood out imo (Here's a MIR one for $60 but its MIR). I'm not that familiar with sites in Canada besides Newegg/Tigerdirect so there might be other places. And also since your budget is lower, can you please say how much exactly in CAD? If it's a 100 or less I'd say try and save a bit more as every dollar counts at this level.

    OCZ StealthXStream OCZ400SXS 400W ATX12V Active PFC Power Supply - $44.99 ( 10 usd rebate)
    SAPPHIRE 100295HDMI Radeon HD 4670 512MB- 59.00$ ( 10 mail in rebate)
    = 147 CAD
this is way over my budget
hey guys does this card run without the power supply

The OCZ is on newegg.ca, thought they listed CAD /shurg. Anyway I am playing it safe with the PSU (Others probably too) and personally wouldn't risk it. But that's not to say it WONT work. There are plenty of people and posts I've read of it working with generic 300W PSU's with 12V/19A. So If you want to try it that's your call, and it will most likely work. Good luck with whatever you decide :) .

thanks is the SAPPHIRE 100295HDMI Radeon HD 4670 512MB a good card and will it work with my current PSU?

Um...Its exactly the same card posted above, and the one Relic was referring too.
I definably agree with Relic's statement about playing it safe with the power supply; as in its my reccomendation to purchase the power supply, though your current one will LIKELY work. Its just bad advice to tell you to go with it if you can possibly avoid it.
