    1.) Yes

    Periodically. Does Minecraft count? haha

    2.) Yes

Compulsive behavior is possible to apply to thousands of activities - work, video games, gambling, sports, etc., etc.

    3.) No

I get bored of games extremely quickly and not playing a game for a few weeks or months often later renews my interest in it for a few days.

    4.) No.

Why think about playing a game while you're not playing it? I guess if you were curious about how it was made, then that might qualify.

    5.) No

Not since my pre-teen days, oh so long ago.

    6.) No

    Else, I get bored fast.

    7.) No

    8.) No

Games often create more anxiety than they relieve. lol

    9.) No

... because all of my friends play World of Warcraft 24/7 like me! (*rofl-cough*)

    10.) No

    ________________________________________________

I take issue with question #2. How does being convinced intellectually that a certain activity could possibly be addictive an indicator to your own likelihood of being addicted to said activity?
