No - as so many have said just wait for sales now, or buy second hand.
As well as my PC I have a PS5, I haven't bought a single game new, so would have an 'attach rate' of zero in Sony's eyes - the RRP on new games are too much. The overall attach figures on the PS5 are awful. This is partly due to scalping and partly ludicrous prices.

For a brand new AAA game that's not full of microtransactions, I'm sure $70 would be entirely fair price(insofar as any new AAA games are worth paying the full price for, which I'm not convinced of).

Of course, I'm equally sure that Take-Two isn't going to back down on microtransactions either.
