Asrock Motherboard Problems

hi i keep having issues with my asrock motherboard and i just got this 2 months ago...i have to keep turning my computer on and off to get it to boot,its not my memory cuz i just tested that,i tested the video card its not that,ive pretty much tested everything and i still cant pinpoint on what the heck is causing this thing not to boot when i turn it right on...i hate having to keep turning my pc on and off like this...its an ASRock ALiveNF7G-HD720p R5.0

Call Asrock. Ask for a trade or warranty replacement.

Sounds like a PSU problem to me.

no its not the power supply i tested 3 different ones and i still get the same problem

ive contacted them just got to wait back on an answer,im using this board right now but its such a pain to have to turn the pc on and off every morning to get it to work..at this point im thinking of just getting another board

Please post back when you hear back from them
Or when you have received the c/o (same, ie RMA) board

Note: this may take some time (sometimes weeks)

well i did say i tested everything so yea that includes the power supply

"Everything" is a very general term... If we pressed the issue, I'm sure we could discover something that you didn't test at all
